CSI TECH’s business model uses the power of recruitment to contain cost and supply expertise. Our model has the following components:


STREAMLINED BENCH
Most consulting firms have a model of retention which consists of paid bench time for non-utilized resources. The retention model recoups
bench time costs by inflating hourly rates paid by the client. CSI TECH strives to keep operating costs at or below the industry standard
and pass that savings to our clients in the form of lower hourly rates. We accomplish this by utilizing a recruiting strategy in lieu of a
retention business model.

CSI TECH employs more than 70 full time clinical application and information technology recruiters. Our streamlined bench of
healthcare professionals support both company operations and client projects, as well as a database of proven healthcare IT consultants.
The combined experience of these veteran consultants coupled with our business model ensures that we can help our clients reach an
efficient and successful outcome for each project. Our philosophy of cost-containment by recruitment is key to our expertise in providing
better rates and reduced margin, which drives down costs to our clients.


RECRUITMENT BY REFERRAL
CSI TECH relies on a network of referrals to identify top clinical application talent. Instead of expensive job boards to attract talent,
recruiters target specific individuals that have the skills our client desires and then networks with them to locate other consultants they
have worked with and would recommend. This important philosophy - “ Competent people know and recommend competent people”
ensures that CSI Tech provides the best candidate that fits specific client criteria.
UTILIZATION AND RECRUITMENT OF LOCAL RESOURCES
CSI TECH manages costs by recruiting as many local candidates as possible for client projects. This strategy saves expenses that the client
would incur for travel, per diem, gas, flights, rental cars and any other logistical expenses. In addition, we do not charge for travel time.
As mentioned earlier, our recruiting power provides CSI TECH the ability to target local market candidates or candidates close to our client
sites. In addition, the local market candidates can devote more productive project hours, because they have less travel time. Consulting
companies that solely rely on their internal bench are unable to utilize this strategy, due to their lack of recruiting power and their reliance
on the resources that they have in-house.


INTERNAL CONTROLS FOR EXPENSES AND RESOURCES
Finally, CSI TECH thoroughly monitors expenses and consultant hours worked. Each week, consultants complete a timecard for hours
worked. Clients approve the hours worked and sign the timecard. This ensures that there are no errors in overpaying consultants or
incorrectly billing clients. All client invoices include a copy of the signed timecard along with the number of hours billed. CSI TECH
will not bill if we do not have a signed timesheet from a recognized client manager.

CSI TECH also offers a web based time tracking system that enables clients to electronically approve timesheets. This web based system
increases efficiency without adding cost.

In addition, travel costs are closely monitored. CSI TECH provides client with an internal travel coordinator who shops for the lowest
airfare and reserves tickets as far out as possible to avoid paying a premium for flights. In addition, this individual will negotiate with local
hotels to get group rates for consulting teams and even reserve group rental cars for consultants, so the number of rental cars is reduced.
Every CSI TECH Consultant’s expense report is closely reviewed and CSI TECH’s Chief Financial Officer addresses any discrepancies
before billing.

CSI TECH offers a variety of billing options and is able to accommodate any requests from our clients. We can group invoices by manager,
bill each Consultant individually, bill as a group or any other scenario requested by our clients. In addition, we can bill weekly, bi-weekly or
monthly. These options minimize costs and manage cost by creating efficiencies and provide flexibility to our clients.
