No Cost for Procurement Cost Reduction Projects
(PCRP) until performance realized: In most cases, ATS
does not receive any payment until we have reduced
the cost of the specific project (as agreed in the
contract), until savings are realized for the client.
Most organizations charge an up front fee, a fixed
rate or time and material contract, or hourly,
and sometimes an additional percentage of
savings.
