 problems. There are many problems that your
 company might face in the future and you will need a
 solid team to back up and support you when your
 company is going through the tough time. Employees
 are always aware of certain issues and therefore you
 will need to take these surveys because many
 employees will share various issues that can hurt your
 business in the future.
 Normally, employees are bold enough to share all the
 information that they feel and that can help you to
 recognize certain risky situations that you can resolve
 before it gets too late.
 There are certain things that you and the top
 management might have planned for your business
 but that does not always work out because you are
 missing certain factors that you never took into
 consideration. You can now ask your employees about
 certain issues and even take their suggestions to see
 what they have to say.

 you will find that employees have better suggestions
 available that can help you and the top management to
 frame better policies that can not only help the
 business but also boost the employee’s productivity
 which actually helps your business to grow in the long
 term.
