We manufacture all fabrication material related to HV, LH & EHV lines & sub-
stations up to 33KV along with A.B switches, DO fuses, HT & LT pillars,
Distribution boxes, Insulator, Isolator, Aluminum conductor, Connectors,
Fabrication material, 1KV Horn gap, 22KV Horn gap, Hard-wares, GI Pines
etc.

8. A aluminum metal are boiling to boiling machine. Then various standard size in (1to
1.5mm) conductor are make in this machine & all conductor are dismantle by using
dismantle machine to make conductor in HV, LV lines.

 What is material handling equipment ?
material handling equipment encompasses a divers rang of tools, vehicles, storage,
unit, appliances & accessories involved in Transporting, storing, controlling &
protecting products at any stage of manufacturing, distribution consumption or
disposal.
 There are 2 material handling equipment observe.
1) Material handling crane. Used in cement electrical poles, steel poles.
2) Lifts are used. Used in . HV, LV lines equipment transport Rough stock area to
making stock area.

18. Conclusion
While doing industrial training, it was the best experience in technical
education. I saw many equipment’s in industry which I have studied in
my academics. In HV, LV & EHV lines of transmission & distribution,
there are no. of processes which are carried out during operation of
industry. I practically observed & seeing many processes like. Vacuum
circuit breaker operates, Hydraulic hand operate press power machine,
Lathe machine, Drilling machine, electrical equipment transport. It was
really a knowledgeable experience of 42 days.

19. Challenging Experiences
While completing the training every day stats with a great & challenging
experiences. The most challenging experiences is t complete the work of
the day i.e. the testing, maintenance, cleaning of the electrical
mechanical equipment in HV, LV & EHV lines.
