- Greetings!(Outstanding Morning!)Before we start let me ask you some questions. Unhappy at your Current Job? Thinking about when to retire? Need more time with your family? Looking for better opportunity? Or Worried about some persistent symptoms?
- Now here are the Modern day challenges which are inevitable. Poor quality of food, or polluted air, unhealthy lifestyle (drinking or smoking), water pollution – all of us are exposed and we cannot run away from it. The real question is what are we doing about it?
- These modern day challenges causes you to experience any of these symptoms. Are you experiencing any of these symptoms? (Solicit answer from crowd) *Is it safe to say that all of us experience at least one of the following symptoms? Example when you have a head ache, you take Panadol or Aspirin. Are headaches caused by aspirin deficiency? Certainly not. So instead of treating symptoms we should start to ask the question why do we have these symptoms?
- GANGRENE Dry, or chronic, gangrene occurs when the arteries are blocked gradually and the tissues are bloodless. It may be a result of arteriosclerosis . It may also follow the vascular collapse that often accompanies diabetes. If necrosis (localized tissue death) or bloodless tissue becomes infected by the anaerobic bacterium (Clostridium), the condition is called moist, or acute, gangrene. It is also known as gas gangrene because of its putrid-smelling gaseous discharge, in severe cases amputation is necessary. Diabetic retinopathy, a disease of the small blood vessels that nourish the retina, is the most common eye complication of diabetes mellitus, a disease in which glucose, or sugar, is not properly used by the body, allowing high levels of sugar to build up in the blood and urine. More than 32,000 Americans are blind from diabetic retinopathy, and each year an estimated 300,000 diabetics are seriously at risk for blindness from this disease.
- 90% of these symptoms start from an unhealthy colon. The Colon is the last part of the digestive system that extracts water & salt from solid wastes before they are eliminated from the body. 1st Picture shows a normal colon and the spastic colon shows a narrowed colon caused by daily stress, which prevents the normal passage of fecal matter. 2nd Picture shows a prolapsed colon caused by the heavy weight of fecal matter accumulated in the colon. This will result to damaged vital organs and mainly to infections, cyst and infertility.

- Being unable to discharge normally is a sign of Constipation. Its effects are bloatedness, abdominal pain, uneasy, irritable bowel, nausea, heavy stomach.

- Your present weight is determined by how much calories you burn or not. So if you consume more calories than you burn then you will definitely gain weight. Example: If you consume 5000 calories per day and you only burn 3000, what happened to 2000? Obviously it will turn into FATS.

To neutralise excess acid, the body pulls calcium (which is alkaline) and magnesium from bones, weakening them and potentially leading to osteoporosis.
