product:
The company will make as many coffee products as possible simplifying the process.
Coffee grounds, brewed canned coffee, tiramisu cakes, coffee husks, etc. One source
many outcomes: Subletting transformation is charged directly to the consumer.
Organic Coffee Market is growing all over the world while non organic is decreasing
Roasting: In Spain most coffee is imported green, and the market is very segmented.
This means there are many different roasters, it should be difficult to subcontract
roasting if its not possible to buy industrial roaster with our financing.
Brewing: In order to make an energy drink we will have to find a recipe that the
market will accept. Cold coffee and sugar might work. Use the less quality grounds to
brew.
Husks: Sell them as biofuel to decrease general product prices and be more
competitive.
Packing: Coffee grounds and derivate are easy to pack. Energy drink requires special
aluminum bottle and cool design targeting young markets.
