The STaR Chart is a tool used in Texas to help schools plan and assess their technology and readiness. It consists of four key areas: teaching and learning, educator preparation and development, leadership and support, and infrastructure. Schools use the STaR Chart to set goals, conceptualize their technology vision, measure proficiencies, and determine funding priorities. Scores in each key area range from early technology to target technology. The STaR Chart is aligned with Texas' long-range technology plan.
