This document describes edits made to a photo to make it look more psychedelic and overexposed. The edits included cropping out unnecessary details and adjusting brightness, contrast, and color levels, particularly increasing red tones. These edits were intended to enhance the psychedelic feeling of the photo and suit a Jimi Hendrix poster in the background by giving the viewer a retro, psychedelic experience when viewing the photo.

Above is the second edited photo. On this one, I used cropping to edit out unnecessary
details and then used brightness/contrasts and color level adjustments to make the photo
look more psychadelic and overexposed.
I chose this effect because I felt that overexposing the Red and the brightness would make
the photo look more psychadelic and appropriate for the Jimi Hendrix poster in the
background. The effect enhances the photo in a way that it gives the viewer a retro and
psychadelic feeling. I could see it perhaps being featured in a photo exhibit rather than a
magazine.
