  • #10 Building Team Communications – 1 - 1.5 day “We should take more time to communicate” Take an intensive look at the communication barriers that exist on your team…After participants review the key concepts of IF, they take a highly interactive team journey together to learn how to better communicate with one another. They will explore individual communication styles, predominant styles on the team and together they tackle a complex team challenge. Fostering Team Trust – 1 – 2 days “We don’t cooperate enough; everyone is an island or a clique” Explore the deeper differences in team members that lead to the erosion of trust…After participants review the key concepts of IF, they work together to enable rigorous and candid conversation regarding the barriers to team trust that exist, impacting team productivity. They work together to break down harmful points of judgment, re-define the parameters of trust and commit expectations to each other. In doing so, they establish a foundation for communications that leads to solutions and results. If more serious issues exist among team members, EDGES Customized Climate Survey enables better discussion about the serious issues facing the team. Debriefing takes ½ day. Tackling Team Challenges – 2 -2.5 days “We have some big things on our plate!”Tackle real situations together, as a team…. This proactive team retreat enables team members to work together on a complex, multi faceted issue with an intense pace during the day, and a relaxing social atmosphere at night. This session is best conducted off site, at a venue hosted by one of EDGES strategic business partners, or the place of your choosing. There are several options for repeat experiences.
