INTRODUCTION
 ECG is the basic diagnostic tool in Cardiology.
 Invented more than century ago, it still forms the basis for cardiac diagnosis and
triaging patients.
 ECG interpretation is most important as it can be life saving in most of the cases.
 However, ECG is most sensitive and lot of them are false positive.
 Good clinical history and clinical examination when combined with ECG almost all
diagnoses the case.
 Cardiac diagnosis based on investigations is in total and not in isolation.
