Today, data quality and privacy are important components in any organization around the world. Thus , project managers are required to come up with proper ways of ensuring better data quality and privacy to ensure there is availability and improve customer service that will go to the heart of enabling the organization have a proper and functioning system at the end of the day. The managers need to adopt the following recommendations for the business as follows. The first recommendation is the need to have a high level of accuracy and measurement when it comes to degree where the data values are obtained. Data accuracy is very important in the business as wrong values will produce wrong output and this will affect the quality of decision making process at the end of the day (Chiregi & Navimipour, 2016) Another important mechanism is to ensure that all the data is complete and contains all the required attributes that will ensure there is proper data that will used in the decision making process. Also, there is need for the data to be consistency and this means that all the attributes should be uniform and all the instances and references from the set of data (Pearson & Wegener,2013). Thus, all the data collected need to be accurate and all values be consistent form the source. Finally, there is need to have a unique demonstration of the records that will need to be represented within the data sets and this will remove the element of duplicates at the end of the day.

MTS Systems Corporation is a supplier of test systems as well as industrial position sensors all over the globe. The company deals with hardware and software solutions with the aim of accelerating and improving the design, development, and manufacture of products and structures. MTS operates in two segments, one which deals with sensors and the other with tests. The test department focuses on providing testing solutions that include software, hardware, and testing services. The sensors segment is keen on providing products to be used in mobile equipment and industrial tools manufacture in order to automate their operations, thus enhancing safety and productivity of the end users. The organization also provides tools to measure displacement in fluids, for instance, liquid levels for clients in industrial processes.
The organization provides a solution is an organization that seeks to pioneer in technology and provides unmatched expertise. Engineers depend on accuracy, certainty, and measurements to do their work, to conduct research and transform ideas into results that are tangible and working. MTS Systems is a corporation that is fully dedicated to this transformation in a manner that is faster, more efficient, easier and more successful. The company was established in 1966 with its headquarters at Eden Prairie, Minnesota and has since that time worked in partnerships with engineers worldwide.
MTS Systems has had impressive performance over the years with revenues of about seven hundred and eighty million dollars in the 2016-2017 financial year, up from six hundred and fifty million dollars the previous year. This represents a 38.4% growth in revenue. Profitability has also grown over the years, and the strong performance is expected to continue into the near future. Nevertheless, the performance would be much better if the existing management problems are dealt with.

Inadequate levels of nursing professionals were first discussed more than 80 years ago (Whelan, n.d.). Recently, scholars have opined many reasons for the shortage of nurses. Factors such as work stress, burnout, violence against healthcare professionals, a lack of qualified nursing instructors, and nurses unable to adapt to changing technology or clinical environments have been addressed (Haddad & Toney-Butler, 2019). As many nurses may attest, doing more with less can lead to mistakes and dissatisfaction with a nursing career. Ultimately, patient care suffers.
Organizations employ various tactics to help strengthen nurse retention. Halter et al. (2017) suggest strong nursing leadership and assigning preceptors to new nurses can help minimize nursing resignation rates. At the writer’s employment, hospital administrators use several ways to retain nurses. Each quarter, a nurse is recognized for outstanding achievement by receiving a certificate, gift card, and editorial mention on the hospital’s intranet. Moreover, the hospital caters lunch for all employees, dayside and nighttime staff, twice a year for meeting quality targets. Also, the hospital uses various national celebration days such as ice cream, donuts, coffee, bagels, and candy to reward all employees. Creating a level of goodwill and institutional collaboration can help retain nurses and improve job satisfaction (Kurnat-Thoma et al., 2017).

Additionally, it proposes Information manager as the person who holds the responsibility for all relevant information management processes, the one responsible for collecting, managing and distributing valuable information to the other business stakeholders. This role can potentially be assigned to different managers, to a team of people or even to the Chief Information Officer; we find that the IT manager and his IT team are ideal candidates for the position of information manager. He/she verifies through the management reporting system if social media are beneficial and SM functions are exploited efficiently, business goals are met, and as a result business value is delivered or maximized. All in all, the rationale of this thesis is to provide a further insight in how the information manager, as head of the information management could contribute in the process of capturing or creating business value from SM.
To that purpose, interviews with experts to the area of information management or social media have been performed to gain a further insight on the business applications of social media tools and technologies, observe who holds the responsibility to manage, monitor, and control them in order to satisfy the business goals and deliver business value and how this process takes places within different organizations. The interview findings confirm that the companies are valuing social media business applications and strive to exploit them in the most effective way.

The organization also provides tools to measure displacement in fluids, for instance, liquid levels for clients in industrial processes.

Engineers depend on accuracy, certainty, and measurements to do their work, to conduct research and transform ideas into results that are tangible and working. Inadequate levels of nursing professionals were first discussed more than 80 years ago (Whelan, n.d.). Recently, scholars have opined many reasons for the shortage of nurses. Factors such as work stress, burnout, violence against healthcare professionals, a lack of qualified nursing instructors, and nurses unable to adapt to changing technology or clinical environments have been addressed (Haddad & Toney-Butler, 2019). As many nurses may attest, doing more with less can lead to mistakes and dissatisfaction with a nursing career. Ultimately, patient care suffers.
Organizations employ various tactics to help strengthen nurse retention. Halter et al. (2017) suggest strong nursing leadership and assigning preceptors to new nurses can help minimize nursing resignation rates. At the writer’s employment, hospital administrators use several ways to retain nurses. Each quarter, a nurse is recognized for outstanding achievement by receiving a certificate, gift card, and editorial mention on the hospital’s intranet. Moreover, the hospital caters lunch for all employees, dayside and nighttime staff, twice a year for meeting quality targets. Also, the hospital uses various national celebration days such as ice cream, donuts, coffee, bagels, and candy to reward all employees. Creating a level of goodwill and institutional collaboration can help retain nurses and improve job satisfaction (Kurnat-Thoma et al., 2017).
