OEM - Data Feeds
MyAutoCloud utilizes the very best of automotive data in order to bring you a best in
class solution. MyAutoCloud uses OEM Marketing compliant vehicle descriptions and
accurate, concise descriptions of vehicle service and intervals along with its proprietary
(patent pending) algorithm which uniquely identifies intervals, service items, and
conditional schedules for any make or model.

Franchise dealers have data feed access from their OEM's, however this data is
complex and difficult to break out into a useable, consistent, and accurate format.
MyAutoCloud's process represents a next generation, intuitive logic solution powered by
data which has never before been available for development and use.

MyAutoCloud literally stands on the heads of the competition with a platform that goes
far beyond any combination of service scheduling or marketing solutions in its ability to
provide consumer benefit and "stickiness", while making it easy for dealers and service
chains to participate in their own service and customer outreach programs.

Installation and compatibility
Once installed on the customer's device they will receive Push Notifications and Emails
notifying them of their upcoming service intervals, then helps facilitate the appointment
directly from the App. (Even “Non-iPhone or Android users” can still receive OEM
notifications directly by email through the MyAutoCloud system). Now all your
customers can receive OEM service notifications)!

If a “Non-iPhone or Android user” at any time purchases a iPhone or Android device
they simply download MyAutoCloud and enter their email and the app populates with
their vehicles and gives them access to the other features of the app.

                     Communication and Outreach
                     Share Feature - “Self Marketing and Dealership Branding Tool”
                     Each “Sales Professional and Service Advisors User Profile” has
                     their Personal Photo that populates into the app which helps brand
                     and keeps the customer always connected with a name and a face
                     at the dealership or service center. Each app has 3 customizable
                     banners that are displayed as headers on the app which can be
                     used to advertise or broadcast a message such as: Sales Events
                     and Service Special!

                     Email - Customers can use this feature to recommend their sales
                     professional or service advisor via email and is a 100% trackable
referral. This automated referral email contains a brief recommendation and includes a
Vcard to import sales or service contact into the customers phone.

Finance - MyAutoCloud has logic that recognizes when a customer's manufacturer or
extended warranty is within 7,500 miles of expiration and notifies the customer via Push
and Email, then notifies the finance department of the hot lead.

           80% of vehicles sold aren't serviced at the dealer they purchased from
           78% of customers state they would buy where they service their vehicle
           The average dealership only retains 20%-30% of their customers in
            service
           By not retaining sold customers in service there is only a 22% chance
            they will buy their next vehicle from the same location
           Repeats and referrals have a 90% lower cost of sale than walk in traffic


Appointment Scheduler - Gives the customer the option to use MyAutoCloud's built-in
appointment scheduler or connect directly to the dealer's mobile or web based solution

Facebook - Share Via Facebook: This generates a dealer or service center specific
Sales Professional or Service Advisor recommendation directly to the user's Facebook

Extended Warranty and MyAutoCloud's Accident Kit.

Accident Kit - Very big customer benefit. Simple way to gather all
the important information from the scene of an accident such as:
Automatically captures Date, Time & Location, take photos of
Drivers License, License Plates, Insurance Card and any damage, type notes and even
include a voice recording all without leaving the app. This information gets populated
into an email and is sent to both you and your insurance agent.

                              In addition to all these features MyAutoCloud has over 25
                              different triggered emails to include: Warranty Expiration

  • 2. OEM - Data Feeds MyAutoCloud utilizes the very best of automotive data in order to bring you a best in class solution. MyAutoCloud uses OEM Marketing compliant vehicle descriptions and accurate, concise descriptions of vehicle service and intervals along with its proprietary (patent pending) algorithm which uniquely identifies intervals, service items, and conditional schedules for any make or model. Franchise dealers have data feed access from their OEM's, however this data is complex and difficult to break out into a useable, consistent, and accurate format. MyAutoCloud's process represents a next generation, intuitive logic solution powered by data which has never before been available for development and use. MyAutoCloud literally stands on the heads of the competition with a platform that goes far beyond any combination of service scheduling or marketing solutions in its ability to provide consumer benefit and "stickiness", while making it easy for dealers and service chains to participate in their own service and customer outreach programs. Installation and compatibility Once installed on the customer's device they will receive Push Notifications and Emails notifying them of their upcoming service intervals, then helps facilitate the appointment directly from the App. (Even “Non-iPhone or Android users” can still receive OEM notifications directly by email through the MyAutoCloud system).
