encourage large number of people to contribute for the earth sustainability. The
younger generations i.e., children, youth and those who had been working since very
long in this sector would be recognized. People get inspired by the work of someone
and feel elated, but they need not wait for someday to be recognized, however small
their initiatives might be for the earth. Each and every action is equally important for the
sustainability of the earth. Those above the ladder would mentor those below. There
would be a sustained network created. As a commune we could create the virtual
network. The standards for achieving a level would be based on self evaluation and on
the proof of achievements. We need many earth leaders for the sustainability of the
earth.
