Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a SAS 70 Type 2 Report?

Infor’s SaaS Solutions have obtained clean SAS 70 Type
2 reports for 2004 -> 2009 (2010 in progress now).
A best practices audit was performed on the hosted
operations and site.
Essentially a “Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval” for
service providers.
Customers having to meet Sarbanes Oxley requirements
must obtain a SAS 70 report from their service providers
or perform their own time consuming and expensive
audits.

failure

Variety of standard primary power
circuits:
Power circuit with receptacle and wiring
 Verification that power is energized
If more power is needed beyond the Customer’s
current configuration, additional power can be
purchased, purchasing additional space may also
be required
Redundant power circuits orderable in pairs for
load distribution or circuit failover

Scheduled power audits ensures power
loads are per standard.
