Jisc RSCs now host the e-learning
case studies which used to be held
on the Excellence Gateway.
With nearly 300 e-learning case
studies available, providers can
find inspiration for a new
e-learning project, or discover how
to use technology to improve
efficiency.
The latest case study, from West
Suffolk College, looks at how iPads,
tablets and Apple TV have
revolutionised learning at the
college.

Jisc conducts a regular Customer
Satisfaction Survey (CSS) across
all 12 Regional Support Centres.
98% of those who responded
had made use of RSC support
and communications over the
previous 12 months, and 91 per
cent said they were satisfied or
very satisfied with the support
they received.

Case study ā moving to mobile devices in the workplace
LAGAT Training & Recruitment have shared their FE &
Skills Programme Final Project Report.
To achieve their aims they moved away from paperbased resources to:
ā¢ Develop a Virtual Learning Library (VLL) of
resources specific to the occupational areas in which
we deliver
ā¢ Implement and use Tablets to improve efficiency in
staff delivery
ā¢ Develop an electronic web based induction program

access to over 130,000
images, films and audio
files, licensed for
educational use.
