This document outlines the goals and structure of a series of dialogues on project management topics. The first session will focus on ethics in project management and will include introductions, a discussion on views and perspectives on ethics led by presenters, and a Q&A period. The goal is to provide an open forum for sharing knowledge and experiences to nurture professionalism in project management. There will be three total sessions focused on ethics, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability with flexibility to allow for creative discussion. Presenters will discuss challenges like dealing with uncertainty and complexity in projects and how continuous learning and development can help individuals and organizations address these challenges through topics like ethics and diversity.
