OBJECTIVE.
i. Pilot Project, Adopt/Enrol approximate 25 Adivasis kids (age between 08 to 18 years old Boys and Girls) to
Support in Education, Health living and Sports as character building process.
ii. Provide them opportunity of equal, by getting different society children to learn, train, play, share mix/
mingle & compete too.
iii. Narrow down & bridge the gap of living & reasoning differently between cross society, & its culture.
iv. Exposure via, Teaching, Training, Sharing & Caring and spirit of living as Equal.
v. Expose & Empower them to learn and work and live life filled with respect, dignity in the main-stream society.
vi. Seek Support from Education Institutions, Governing Sports body, NGO, Govt, Agencies & Corporates,
interested to adopt & support and promote the TOWARDS BEING EQUAL project.
Key Issue: Based on the above proposed project success, expand the pilot project to other Thane & Maharashtra.
 APPROACH :Nothing better then game of Cricket (for its popularity and acceptance all around)
i. From the available pool of Adivasis children introduce & support them in Education, train good healthy way of
living and introduce to sports (Cricket) having trained by experienced coaches.
ii. Use Maxtalent Global Sports mantra, Teach, Play & Excel, to train & provide, Platform to move them level
next.
iii. Short Term Goal- Introduce and admit to school and support with Books and Travel facilities. Prvoide Nutrition
food and team fitness and also develop their skill related to Sports
iv. Prepare them to face challenge next related to education and Sports in general at various school and
selection levels
V. Long Term Goals- Guide, Assist to establish and live & lead life with dignity and respect.
 DAY TO DAY FACILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
i. Food and Beverages, to compliment and support leariing and training including healthy living, for
trainees and facility support team.
ii. Teach, Build, develop, maintain training infrastructure cum facilities.
iii. Study and Game related facilities (books, teaching aid, playing Kit, Equipment's & training aids)
iv. Have on board, part/full time Private teachers & Trainers, Admin team, maintenance & logistic team.
v. Infrastructure, Electricity, Water, Greenery maintenance for conducive training.
learning experience cum exposure.
vi. Transportation of trainees, officials for training, matches & other needs .

 Sponsorship scope:
i. Key Sponsor: Adopt the entire program cum Facility development- Full naming rights all front (barring
pavilion gate) 05 years period.
ii. Support Sponsor: Multiple sponsorship to cover different areas of expenditure. Training project,
Maintenance, Children upkeep (Food, Clothing, education, travel) Playing equipment's, Construct ground,
playing facilities including Club house and staying facilities, House, etc.
* For the above sponsorship contribution the Venue Facility available for Naming (fixed period)
e.g. Pavilion Gates, Pavilion, Ground end, Boundary areas, Net Area, Pavilion main Hall, Dressing Room,
Meeting Room, Dormitories, will be made available and announced at appropriate period.
Minimum Sponsorship commitments period would be 03 Years.
 Donations & Fund Raising cum Charity Drive.
From NGO, well wishers, Govt. Agencies, Social organisation, Corporate CSR involvement Charity Events
(local and overseas) & Other Scopes.
 3rd Party Hiring Scope of the Facilities:
Hiring: To conduct and manage Private Sports and Education Academy, Corporate Activities & CSR & Team
Building commitments, Facility hiring for corporate or Institution Teams. Charity and Social Events &
Tournaments operation etc.)
Short Term (03 years)- Scope to renew relationship could be considered.
Long Term (05 Years) Scope to renew relationship could be considered.

 Ground Maintenance Equipment's & Support Machinery Purchase, Spare Parts (Rollers, grass cutter
cum mopes etc.).
 Net area Turf & Cement, Fabrication and roof cover (Monsoon off season-training).
 Pavilion and Accommodation (Dressing & Related rooms, Guest, Staff and Key operation team
members
 Electronic and Electrical Fixtures & facilities.
 Installation of power producing and sustaining arrangements, beneficial and economical in the long run.

• Motivate and encourage other game related and social organisation not only in India but also
around the globe to embrace & spread the message “Cricket for all”.
• Provide much required awareness & support to meet Maxtalent Trust Project “Towards
being Equal” objectives in a set timeline.
• Probably in a period of 05-10 years, you never know we will have someone new from tribal
community wearing a national color, like former cricket legend rom New Zealand, wicket
keeper Adam parore (Maori Tribe). The count begins….
• Last but not the Least, provide them scope via. game to lead a life filled with self respect,
dignity, & recognition.

Pilot Project, Adopt/Enrol approximate 25 Adivasis kids (age between 08 to 18 years old Boys and Girls) to Support in Education, Health living and Sports as character building process. ii. Provide them opportunity of equal, by getting different society children to learn, train, play, share mix/ mingle & compete too. iii. Narrow down & bridge the gap of living & reasoning differently between cross society, & its culture. iv. Exposure via, Teaching, Training, Sharing & Caring and spirit of living as Equal. v. Expose & Empower them to learn and work and live life filled with respect, dignity in the main-stream society. vi. Seek Support from Education Institutions, Governing Sports body, NGO, Govt, Agencies & Corporates, interested to adopt & support and promote the TOWARDS BEING EQUAL project. Key Issue: Based on the above proposed project success, expand the pilot project to other Thane & Maharashtra.  APPROACH :Nothing better then game of Cricket (for its popularity and acceptance all around) i. From the available pool of Adivasis children introduce & support them in Education, train good healthy way of living and introduce to sports (Cricket) having trained by experienced coaches. ii. Use Maxtalent Global Sports mantra, Teach, Play & Excel, to train & provide, Platform to move them level next. iii. Short Term Goal- Introduce and admit to school and support with Books and Travel facilities. Prvoide Nutrition food and team fitness and also develop their skill related to Sports iv. Prepare them to face challenge next related to education and Sports in general at various school and selection levels V.
