bring mobile solution offer to a whole new

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
TravelSim is MVNO GSM based prepaid sim-card with
specially designed sim-profile. This sim-profile has the
following differences from standard sim-cards:

1. USSD based seamless callback which generally
converts each generated call into incoming call. This is is
basic reason of why calling from TravelSim profile is up to
85% cheaper. 



2. Thanks to the higher MTR of own numbers, in over 150
countries incoming calls are free for subscribers.

3. Advances data structure, which allows to globalise data
user experience (e.g. user can use same data package
travelling between over 70 countries). 

4.Thanks to over 3.5 M subscribers globally, and international
traffic commitments, we can offer best prices for data and
calls in roaming globally*, regardless of region or continent.

IMPLEMENTING SCENARIO
TravelSim Synergy is a combination of two profiles on a
single SIM card. Domestic profile “A” serves clients in their
home country, but when crossing the border TravelSim Profile
“B” takes it's place to ensure wide connectivity, attractive rates
and service quality.
Implementation Time - up to 3 months from the moment
when project paperwork is ready.
Switching process is automatic and transparent for the end-
user. Original MSISDN will remain, but in addition to this End-
User will be able to obtain an extra DID, local to the place he
visits for the period of his journey.
The list of countries to useTravelSim Profile can be modified
according to market needs and agreements between partners
of this particular service setup.
TravelSim supports the use of internal or remote billing
systems providing prepaid or postpaid billing scenarios for the
End-User. 

Travelsim Synergy solution is possible to implement in GSM
and CDMA environments. Profile switching software has
been developed in Top Connect and tested in real market
environment in Europe. (Denmark based MVNO carrier).
PROJECT FEATURES
• Own HLR: In domestic country Partner local profile (HLR)
is used, in roaming - TravelSim. We don’t control
Partner profile, but Partner can control TravelSim profile (via
provided XML API functionality Partner can manage profile
settings, balances, etc. )
• Switching: SIM card hasTravelSim profile-switching software
and two separate profiles. 

• Profiles: Each profile is using it's own HLR (e.g. Partner
profile in his domestic country, and TravelSim profile when
crossing the board).

• Connection: Partner systems are connected via IP with the
following protocols: SIP, SMPP, FTP and HTTP
• Setting: SIM can be instructed to use one or the other
profile depending on MCC/MNC combination.

• Local: In local network a local profile is used to support all
regular services

• Mode: In roaming, TravelSim profile can be activated in
either Callback (default) or the Call though (CAMEL) mode.
In domestic country of Partner service remain the same as
on Partner standard local sim-cards. 

• Security: Local Profile information remains confidential

• CDRs: If the Remote Billing option is used, TravelSim
exchanges with CDRs with the Partner side over HTTP
(XML) 

• CDRs Exchange: CDRs generated whileTravelSim profile is
in control, are delivered online (XML) and over FTP to the
site of the partner operator. 

• IMSI: Both Parties must agree to produce SIM cards at the
same factory and process the order by contributing profiles,
IMSIs and other related information. Ki's will be returned by
the factory to the respective owners of IMSI’s
• Balances: Via http we can check balance status by Travelsim
MSSDN in your billing system to allow using balance on your
side. 

• Synchro: Balances between Partner and our systems are
synchronised by FTP/HTTP4.
• Remote balance: Via http we can check balance status by
Travelsim MSSDN in Partner billing system to allow using
balance on Partner profile. 

• MSSDN: original local number is saved on the both profiles
via SIP/TDM connectivity between our and Partner
platforms.
ALTERNATIVE DUAL-IMSI MODEL
- implementation time up to 3 weeks
- callback mode is used for local profile as well
- solution is provided exclusively on TravelSim cards
Top Connect shares 35% of revenue from all Airtime
balances used by Partner’s subscribers. Remaining 65%
TopConnect uses to support roaming service and cover
all operational expenses. 



Partner is no longer worrying about service quality,
support and operational expenses in roaming. 



Share is being provided as a Discount for Airtime. 



Dual-Profile project Minimum requirement is 10.000
TravelSim Profiles to be purchased. Price per profile is 4.2
USD and is fixed. 

Minimum deposit of 10.000 USD is required for future
Airtime coverage. 



Roaming service Retail pricing can be modified by Partner
based onTravelSim core wholesale roaming rate plan.
You can integrate differentVAS, Apps, Mobile-Wallets, 

and many other revenue-boosting services usingTravelSim
Platform. 

Partnership is starting from signing Letter of Intention and
partnership Agreement. Production stage begins when all
technical aspects are confirmed and production factory is
approved by both parties. 



Personal meeting in Top Connect office in Estonia is
strongly recommended in order to begin partnership.

  • 2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION TravelSim is MVNO GSM based prepaid sim-card with specially designed sim-profile. This sim-profile has the following differences from standard sim-cards:
 1. USSD based seamless callback which generally converts each generated call into incoming call. This is is basic reason of why calling from TravelSim profile is up to 85% cheaper. 
 
 2. Thanks to the higher MTR of own numbers, in over 150 countries incoming calls are free for subscribers.
 3. Advances data structure, which allows to globalise data user experience (e.g. user can use same data package travelling between over 70 countries). 
 4.Thanks to over 3.5 M subscribers globally, and international traffic commitments, we can offer best prices for data and calls in roaming globally*, regardless of region or continent.

  • 3. IMPLEMENTING SCENARIO TravelSim Synergy is a combination of two profiles on a single SIM card. Domestic profile “A” serves clients in their home country, but when crossing the border TravelSim Profile “B” takes it's place to ensure wide connectivity, attractive rates and service quality. Implementation Time - up to 3 months from the moment when project paperwork is ready. Switching process is automatic and transparent for the end- user. Original MSISDN will remain, but in addition to this End- User will be able to obtain an extra DID, local to the place he visits for the period of his journey. The list of countries to useTravelSim Profile can be modified according to market needs and agreements between partners of this particular service setup. TravelSim supports the use of internal or remote billing systems providing prepaid or postpaid billing scenarios for the End-User. 
 Travelsim Synergy solution is possible to implement in GSM and CDMA environments. Profile switching software has been developed in Top Connect and tested in real market environment in Europe. (Denmark based MVNO carrier).
  • 4. PROJECT FEATURES • Own HLR: In domestic country Partner local profile (HLR) is used, in roaming - TravelSim. We don’t control Partner profile, but Partner can control TravelSim profile (via provided XML API functionality Partner can manage profile settings, balances, etc. ) • Switching: SIM card hasTravelSim profile-switching software and two separate profiles. 
 • Profiles: Each profile is using it's own HLR (e.g. Partner profile in his domestic country, and TravelSim profile when crossing the board).
 • Connection: Partner systems are connected via IP with the following protocols: SIP, SMPP, FTP and HTTP • Setting: SIM can be instructed to use one or the other profile depending on MCC/MNC combination.
 • Local: In local network a local profile is used to support all regular services
 • Mode: In roaming, TravelSim profile can be activated in either Callback (default) or the Call though (CAMEL) mode. In domestic country of Partner service remain the same as on Partner standard local sim-cards. 
 • Security: Local Profile information remains confidential
 • CDRs: If the Remote Billing option is used, TravelSim exchanges with CDRs with the Partner side over HTTP (XML) 
 • CDRs Exchange: CDRs generated whileTravelSim profile is in control, are delivered online (XML) and over FTP to the site of the partner operator. 
 • IMSI: Both Parties must agree to produce SIM cards at the same factory and process the order by contributing profiles, IMSIs and other related information. Ki's will be returned by the factory to the respective owners of IMSI’s • Balances: Via http we can check balance status by Travelsim MSSDN in your billing system to allow using balance on your side. 
 • Synchro: Balances between Partner and our systems are synchronised by FTP/HTTP4. • Remote balance: Via http we can check balance status by Travelsim MSSDN in Partner billing system to allow using balance on Partner profile. 
 • MSSDN: original local number is saved on the both profiles via SIP/TDM connectivity between our and Partner platforms.
  • 5. ALTERNATIVE DUAL-IMSI MODEL - implementation time up to 3 weeks - callback mode is used for local profile as well - solution is provided exclusively on TravelSim cards
  • 6. Top Connect shares 35% of revenue from all Airtime balances used by Partner’s subscribers. Remaining 65% TopConnect uses to support roaming service and cover all operational expenses. 
 
 Partner is no longer worrying about service quality, support and operational expenses in roaming. 
 
 Share is being provided as a Discount for Airtime. 
 
 Dual-Profile project Minimum requirement is 10.000 TravelSim Profiles to be purchased. Price per profile is 4.2 USD and is fixed. 
 Minimum deposit of 10.000 USD is required for future Airtime coverage. 
 
 Roaming service Retail pricing can be modified by Partner based onTravelSim core wholesale roaming rate plan. You can integrate differentVAS, Apps, Mobile-Wallets, 
 and many other revenue-boosting services usingTravelSim Platform. 
 Partnership is starting from signing Letter of Intention and partnership Agreement. Production stage begins when all technical aspects are confirmed and production factory is approved by both parties.
