Factors • 50 access points will cover 24 floors with two radios per access point. • VDSL Converters ($4000) • Can support up to 200 users simultaneously. • Can support up to 100Mbps.
Installation & Support (per buliding) • Total installation per building = $15,000.00 – Equipment = $8000.00 – Labor = $7000.00
Annual Cost (Per building) • Bandwidth and Tech Support = $1600 / month • Annual Cost = $19200 per building
Profitability Offer existing/occupied commercial space the wireless just below current ISP. Offer the wireless free in new buildings with new customers/tenants. Include hidden cost in the monthly rent. Retention at a low cost!
