Global Economy
US economic growth in 2018 is estimated to be 0.4%
higher than the previous prediction of 2.3% to 2.7% in
the investment and consumption.
Global economic growth is expected to be 0.2% higher
than previously estimated, which was originally
predicted 3.7% to 3.9%.
Global economic growth comes from improved
economies of developed and developing countries.
Economic growth in Europe and China is also
predicted to be higher than previously estimated
(EU from 1.9% to 2.2% and PRC from 6.0% to
6.1%).
The global economic recovery has boosted
global trade volumes that have an impact on
increasing world imports
4
Higher US economic growth, prompting a higher-than-
expected increase in the Federal Funds Rate (FFR) rate
The tendency of the application of inward-oriented trade
policy in some countries has the potential to cause retaliation
from other countries.
Increased Protectionism Policy
