Through my experience in the administrative
field for the department, I want to be well
aware of management techniques, know how
to clearly distribute roles and responsibilities,
learn ways to distribute tasks in the
department and to all workers as well,
whether in the department or other
departments in the hospital, know the status
of structural planning, and teach how to
manage crises and take quick action. Timely
decision in critical or emergency situations. I
am learning leadership methods at work and
I found that I need knowledge or a reference
based on the knowledge and experiences of
administrators higher than me. Thank God I
searched and found this comprehensive
quality diploma, and I am confident that I will
benefit from it well.
What I do in my profession is that I treat patients
with disabilities and post-fracture cases and
departments such as orthopedics and post-
traumatic nerves to help the sick person reach self-
reliance and patients who suffer from the inability
to walk by teaching and qualifying them for the
work of daily life at home and constantly following
up with them to improve performance in their
profession and creating alternatives at work.
Without referring to the risks existing in the
patients’ jobs and avoiding any problems that
negatively affect the patients’ health due to the bad
habits that happen to the patients due to the
mistakes they are exposed to and the risks during
work, the alternative solution for the profession is
to do office work or modify the way of working and
change the wrong situation with a correct situation
to avoid the health problems that It may occur due
to repetitive action
Leadership is that you direct the workers without the knowledge of the
administration and paperwork, without regulations and laws, but only
by his leadership without reviewing the laws and structure of the work,
and there is no job hierarchy. Leadership has methods and types of
leadership, such as bureaucracy, dictatorship, reciprocity, democracy,
and other different methods of leadership, such as the contractor who
directs the workers to work, and such as discussion. He commands
employees, and leadership is present in all places. In school classrooms,
you will find any student you find who loves leadership and leads the
students. He is always in control and the leader of the group. This is
leadership, but the administration, of course, gives professionalism to
leadership and helps you implement the leadership professionally. You
become an administrative leader.
Management means techniques, paperwork, implementing
regulations, laws, and legislation to work by, distributing tasks, and
structuring the system for any organization. Not every leader
remains an administrator, and he does not carry out the work with
his own hands, rather he gives orders and decision-making to the
rest of the organization’s employees. He is one of the senior
management in the career hierarchy, and he is always responsible
for decision-making and setting. The laws of the organization and
its distribution of roles and responsibilities, along with a team of
direct managers, under whom are the heads of departments and
supervisors of technicians and specialists in the work to implement
the regulations and laws of the organization. His role is always to
supervise the worker and monitor them constantly to increase
performance and encourage employees to increase production and
raise the level of production and work efficiency in the
organization and to increase its market share and increase its
reputation over other competing organizations.

techniques in all departmental specializations
in the hospital and knows the latest
developments in this field. It does not matter
that the rest of the administrations cooperate
with administrators from outside the medical
field and this is just an opinion, but the
administrator who is outside the field is
possible. He should be more familiar with
business management, marketing, and
relationship management, and this will
benefit the hospital to maintain a successful
administration. Administrative cooperation
with all ideas from administrators outside the
medical field and within the medical field by
developing ideas and choosing the best ideas
to support the hospital to choose the highest
competencies of hospital workers from
medical staff and competencies in the field
with training. Permanent efforts to develop
the hospital and provide the highest health
service to patients

Management means techniques, paperwork, implementing regulations, laws, and legislation to work by, distributing tasks, and structuring the system for any organization. Not every leader remains an administrator, and he does not carry out the work with his own hands, rather he gives orders and decision-making to the rest of the organization’s employees. He is one of the senior management in the career hierarchy, and he is always responsible for decision-making and setting. The laws of the organization and its distribution of roles and responsibilities, along with a team of direct managers, under whom are the heads of departments and supervisors of technicians and specialists in the work to implement the regulations and laws of the organization. His role is always to supervise the worker and monitor them constantly to increase performance and encourage employees to increase production and raise the level of production and work efficiency in the organization and to increase its market share and increase its reputation over other competing organizations.
