and quicker in time.

in the physical therapy department, is a vertebral traction
equipment for the vertebrae to relieve the pressure of the
cartilage on the nerve.We can restore the tension to the
vertebrae manually by pulling the leg down (lumbar
traction)or to the neck by pulling the neck up
manually(cervical traction).This has been a method since
ancient times to relieve pressure on the nerve from the
compressive cartilage instead of devices because they are
not available in Department of PhysicalTherapy

It is one of the upper management in the career hierarchy, which is the ability to
organize and facilitate work methods, develop plans and policies, and establish
operating methods for everyone in middle and lower management to follow, and
distribute roles and responsibilities to managers and assistants, and always take
authority, leadership, and powers to distribute roles and tasks to all hospital workers
and to provide all medical services to the patient.And make it the best level of service
in terms of quality, and for the health and safety of the staff and patients as well, and
apply policies and laws, whether from the country or international quality standards, to
raise the efficiency and level of service to the patient and increase the international
accreditation of the hospital to give confidence even to the countries of the world to
patients from inside and outside the country to remain a leading hospital in standards.
Quality in the world and achieving its goals of profit and efficiency in service to
patients leads to raising the level of its employees and this is reflected in the level of
performance at work by raising the work efficiency of the hospital’s employees and
raising the morale and material spirit of all the staff.
