approaching the right caliber candidates.
 Help with developing, promoting, and placing recruitment ads on different media
channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, job recruitment specialized websites).
 Implement specific head hunting activities
 Communicates recruitment status messages (email, phone, messaging on social media)
to all applicants with active statuses (that participate in the recruitment process) when
approved.
 Be persuasive, obtain approvals from external clients - to take an online test, to do a
creative project, to come to the interview, etc.
 Make interviews scheduling (phone, email) after making sure meeting rooms, technical or
HR specialist and applicant are available.
 Do CV and public profile screening of potential candidates/applicants via standard criteria
(job requirements).
 Execute phone/face-to-face behavioral semi-structured interviews for junior positions
(technical and non-technical).
 Keep track of each candidate with account updates, status changes
 Submit job offers, challenges (tests, creative projects) and offers (after internal approval).
