of Prof. Ed. Committed and spent.
 Create yearly calendar of the events together with Prof. Ed. Manager.
 Complete involvement with Prof. Ed. Manager in choosing, contracting and hiring the
relevant faculties for each course; HCC arrangements for all the hired faculties & insure
that all programs are HCC compliant.
 Work with Prof. Ed. Managers to design each course, in relevant training center, to best
fit the market’s needs.
 Ensure proper course control through regular visits to Training centers.
 Determine and mange quarterly Prof. Ed. Samples needed for relevant scheduled
courses.
 Follow – up reports: data on courses, feedback & evaluation.
 To manage the logistics and flawless execution of professional development and
education programs.

 Organizing all company events; including International Congresses, local Congresses,
Professional Education Courses, Workshops, seminars & also Employee Internal Events.
 Preparing & reviewing all HCC documentation for the company events in compliance with
all Heath Care Compliance rules & procedures.
 Keeping an electronic filing system for all company events.
 Communicating with four Center of Excellence in Cairo & Alexandria to conduct a wide
range of Prof. Ed courses.
 Negotiating & signing contracts with hotels, restaurants & travel agents.
 Communicate and coordinate events with J&J affiliates locally & internationally.
 Ensure compliance with corporate travel agent in all related issues & communications.
 Responsible for event tracking & reconciliation sheet for all company events.
