This document provides guidance for a lesson plan involving a game called "Doggie, Doggie Where's Your Bone?" The objectives are for children to be able to guess who has the dog bone based on answers to their questions and to apply question-asking skills to guess what is inside a mystery box. The plan outlines introducing and playing the game, potentially extending it, and concluding by having children use their new questioning skills to guess what is in the mystery box. Differentiation strategies are also provided for some focus children.
