3. 20 years ago, in early 90s, hundreds of
my colleagues and I assembled to bid
farewell to our director. He delivered a
beautiful talk. Even today, I remember
one thing he said to us.

4. He said, “First, you
don’t have the right to
abuse yourself.”

5. He paused for a while and
continued.
In front of him was a roomful
of captive audience.

6. “Wow! Well said. Great principle!”
- whispered my friend sitting next
to me.
Think! Everyone of us has similar
memories. Don’t we?
