The Director of Demand Planning will design a strategy to integrate US and Canadian business units and select and implement a planning platform and technology for the apparel and footwear industry. As a management leader, the role will develop best practices, manage complex issues, contribute to long-term planning and overall business strategy. The director should have prior strategic planning experience in apparel and footwear, be able to lead a team to meet objectives, and create a continuous improvement plan while thinking strategically for growth.

The Director will design a strategy to include US operations and
Canada business units. The work will include the selection and
implementation of a “best of breed” planning platform and related
technology for the apparel and footwear industry. As a
management leader, the role will integrate and develop best
practices processes that meet objectives, manage complex issues
within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term
planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Knowledge & Skills
- Prior Apparel and Footwear industry strategic and tactical
planning experience.
- Ability to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to
meet business objectives
- Create a Continuous Improvement plan.
