This document summarizes the results of a survey of alumni from the DILL (Digital Information Literacy for Librarians) Master's program on their careers 10 years after graduating. It finds that most alumni work in university settings and hold titles like librarian or digital librarian. Many felt their DILL education prepared them well for their jobs, particularly benefiting from the international experience, connections formed, and focus on digital librarianship. They recommended adding more practical and technical modules, like programming languages and software management. The internship and research methods modules were among the most helpful parts of the program.
