2. Good opening paragraph of Job Description
The first 160 characters of your job description is highly important
Eg: “We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the pharmaceutical industry
to join our specialist sales team in Pune, Maharashtra."
3. Repeat your key phrases but do not Spam.
2% to 3% of total text.
4. Alternative job titles:
e.g. "online marketing manager or Internet marketing manager".

• Using location in Job Titles
(Eg. “marketing-manager-jobs-in-Pune-Maharashtra-in-Pune-Maharashtra”)
• Using job titles that are in question form.
• Including the salary or rate of pay in titles
• Capitalizing words (unless appropriate) in titles
• Mentioning 'No experience required' in titles
• Abbreviate job titles. ‘Sr. VP’ is not an effective instead, choose ‘Senior Vice President’.
