It does not support variants. For E.g. Only the keyword “software” wont work, it has to be “software Engineer” or “software developer” etc. Multiple filters cannot be used at once. You will need to change keywords to use different job Titles. Searches for designation like HR Manager will have to be run as “HR manager” & “Human resource Manager” separately as it does not support Booleans so combinations are not possible.
