This document outlines a rubric for evaluating animations of fractal art on five levels from 1 to 5. For the "Animation" category, higher levels are given for longer animations turned in without needing prompting. In "Craftsmanship," a higher level indicates more accurate use of fractal math. "Responsibility for Learning" evaluates how independently the student works through guides and videos. "Creativity" assigns higher levels for more individualized and thoughtful designs. The rubric provides descriptors to assess student work across these categories on a mastery scale.
