INTRODUCTION
 Paramore is an alternative rock band which includes lead singer Hayley Williams, Josh
Farro lead guitarist, Jermey davis as the bass guitarist and Zac Faroo as the drummer.
 Their album ’Riot’ was released on 2007 which was their first breakthrough with their
single ‘Misery Business’ is, according to Williams, "more honest than anything I've ever
written, and the guys matched that emotion musically."
 Riot entered the Billboard 200 at number 20, the UK charts at number 24, and sold
44,000 its first week in the United States.
 Paramore was featured on the cover of February 2008 issue of Alternative
Press magazine and voted "Best Band Of 2007" by the readers.
 Following their success with "Riot!", Paramore were signed by director of "Twilight" to
write songs for the movie soundtrack. They worked on two theme songs, one of which
was titled "Decode" and deals with anger and outrage that are experienced by the main
characters in the movie.
 Paramore didn't wanted to shown as a regular popular band but something which
people can relate to and express themselves through their albums.
