Each individual user can create unique start up screens.
Request for Customer Quotes Module
RFQs can be entered by anyone and gives the organization visibility of open RFQs. Once completed the
RFQ can be emailed as a quote letter and be scheduled for follow ups. When a purchase order is
received the RFQ can be converted into a sales order.

6. Detailed Quote Module
Gives the organization the ability to have anyone that can read a drawing create a quote by using
custom formulas and tables specific to the organization for calculating the different operations used to
make the part. BOM items have predefined costs when picked. Multiple quantity breakouts and
complex assemblies can be quoted. Any type of file can be attached to the quote and viewed. There is a
Quick Quote feature for doing simple quotes and any item can have an unlimited number of quotes
associated with it.

The Project module gives the user the ability to manage multiple RFQs and the user can establish

The sales order module has the ability to enter multiple line items and multiple releases for each line
item. Returns can be handled within the sales order within the Quality Control feature. Real-time costing
is reflected on the sales order.

Whiteboard Scheduling
Gives the user the ability to schedule individual machines in work centers and assign specific employees
to perform the work if so desired. When used in conjunction with MIE Kiosk terminals the work order
sequence is removed from the scheduled list when logged out complete.

16. Purchase Order Module
The user has the ability to send RFQs to multiple suppliers in relation to the purchase order before the
purchase order is issued. Create the Purchase Order from the Work Order Bill of Material requirements
or straight to inventory.
Purchase Order Request Module
The user has the ability to enter a request into a centralized requisition module for purchasing to review
and order. The buyer can create purchase orders from the requisition list.

17. Purchase Order Receiving Module
The user has the ability to receive in material and confirm to inventory, attach documents
(certifications) that can be tagged to be printed with packing slips/invoices based on if it has been issued
to a work order associated to a sales order. This helps to eliminate the need to look up a certification to
send with a packing slip. The user can create a rejection quality report for rejected items to return to the
vendor and to be used for vendor performance analysis for ISO vendor evaluations.
MRP Modules
The MRP module gives the user the ability to explode the open sales orders, forecasts and open work
orders in components and bill of materials requirements.

Inventory can be reserved and transferred between locations. Physical inventories can be taken based
on cycle days. Locations are defined by the user so they can be both, local or remote locations.
