This document provides a 3-day detox plan with the goal of removing toxins from the body and introducing fibre, vitamins and antioxidants. The plan consists of drinking plenty of water, not eating after 7PM, and herbal teas. Meals include quinoa with prunes for breakfast, vegetable shakes and fruit smoothies for snacks, and chickpea salad for supper, all containing nutrients to aid detoxification. Dandelion tea before bed helps flush toxins from the body overnight.
