  1. Thanks you for coming everyone. My name is Has Razwi and I’m a Business Analyst in the Project Delivery Unit which is under the Business Technology & Information Management branch. I’m so glad to see you all here. It’s an indication that this topic is something you feel strongly about or want to learn more about or a bit of both. After all, for most of us it was a long journey up here to level 19… but we made it. Through some parts of my presentation, you may find that you’re already doing those things. In fact you might be doing them better than my suggestions. But there might be other suggestions which are new to you and that is my hope. That this presentation has something new for everyone.
