Highlights of Qualifications
 Prepare leases for execution and termination.
 Prepare weekly financials, variance and delinquency reports for assigned portfolios.
 Oversee all maintenance, engineering, and all third party vendors.
 Follow-up with Accounts Payable Department to ensure invoices are paid on time.
 Execute word processing projects, including large-scale mailings, correspondence, and manuals.
 Handle inventory and requisitioning of supplies; research to secure savings on all items.
 Collect rents, process bank deposits and file receipts.
 Conduct property inspections and prepare reports for said inspections for Regional Manager.
 Maintain ongoing tenant relationships to ensure overall tenant satisfaction.
 Prepare and evaluate bids for services from third party vendors.
 Keep organized files of all records in a leasing office.
 Oversee 5+ leasing agents on 2 separate sites.
 Process credit reports and background checks.
 Prepare proper document for Section 8 and ensure passing of inspections.
Relevant Skills and Accomplishments:

 Extremely knowledgeable in internet, Microsoft Office, Rent Manager and Propertyware software
 70 WPS
 Exercise independent judgment, decision-making abilities and high level of confidentiality.
 Collaborate with various levels of management to gather information pertaining to key issues.
 Act as liaison between management and field sales personnel to ensure proper communication.
 Coordinate the interviewing process between management and ‘new hire’ candidates.
 Maintain a high closing rate for leasing.
 Communicate well with external contacts to properly handle direction of business relations.
 Knowledgeable of the Macomb County court process for Landlord/Tenant proceedings.
