RURAL TEACHER  Very difficult to adapt to change.  Tech is not available to everyone in rurals.  Difficult yet exciting to teach.  Difficult to make rural students accustomed to online learning.  Urge students to ask more questions.  It might take 3-4 years to make e-learning fully accessible in rurals. SAY THINK FEELDO  Difficult yet exciting  Takes it as a challenge  100% class participation  Learning is a 2 way process  Engages students to participate in classes  Circulates study material to only accesseble students  Keeps updating herself to new forms of teaching  Uses whiteboard & the help of PPTs to teach  unable to teach every rural student  Technology, at present, is not available to all  Considerate towards her students  Rural students need severe attention and facilities from Govt PAINS GAINS  Not accessible to all of her students  Difficult to adapt to the new way of teaching  Getting familiarized slowly with new forms of technology

STUDENTS  Trying to settle among  Class strrength – 35 students  Tiring classes for analytical subjects  More environment friendly mode of learning  Limited to teaching few subjects SAY THINK FEELDO  Can’t express themselves  Misses physical presence  Lesser Interaction  Fear of being misjudged  Less effective mode of education  Relatively much more easier than offline mode hence less effort is applied  Hard to adapt to this new form of education  Difficulty in attending classes due to recurring internet issues  Dejected  Impatient  Distracted due to mental fatigue PAINS GAINS  No social life with peers  Health problems  Restricted interaction with teachers  More Flexible type of learning  Lectures can be recorded
