This document outlines four video design prototypes that were tested according to a set of criteria. Design #1 was chosen as the best design. It meets all the specifications, contains interesting video clips and facts, and explains the technology clearly. A Gantt chart and step-by-step plan were created to manage the project timeline and tasks for creating the final video, which will include filming, editing, adding facts and testing.

Cultivating and maintaining discipline within teams is a critical differentiator for successful organisations.

In this deck, you will learn the significance of workplace discipline for organisational success. You’ll also learn
• Four (4) workplace discipline methods you should consider
• The best and most practical approach to implementing workplace discipline.
• Three (3) key tips to maintain a disciplined workplace.
Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).

In the Adani-Hindenburg case, what is SEBI investigating.pptxAdani case
Adani SEBI investigation revealed that the latter had sought information from five foreign jurisdictions concerning the holdings of the firm’s foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) in relation to the alleged violations of the MPS Regulations. Nevertheless, the economic interest of the twelve FPIs based in tax haven jurisdictions still needs to be determined. The Adani Group firms classed these FPIs as public shareholders. According to Hindenburg, FPIs were used to get around regulatory standards.

Chosen Design: #1
I chose design number one because it is the most complete out of all the four. It has the most
interesting video clips and it meets all of the specifications mentioned in the test plan. What I really like
about this design is that fact that it has a diagram of the heart because this way it is much easier for the
people who are watching to understand. Also there are about ten interesting facts and also three
advantages that the people who are watching this video should consider. This design talks only about
one technology and is aimed at the specific age group I am addressing. The length of the video is also
correct and is captivating and interesting. However there are things I could improve, for example I could
add more scenes where people talk and act to make it more interesting.

Creating a Gantt chart can be very useful because it can help you to plan your time effectively. Also in
this way only with one look I can determine at what stage of my project I am and what I have to do next.
I think that I included all the things that have to be in my project and listed all of them in detail. I created
it by using Microsoft Excel, I listed all the tasks I had to complete and then the starting time and the
hours it would take me. Then I inserted a graph and modified the preferences of the axis so it looked this
way.

Creating a step by step plan can be very useful as it tells you every little step you have to do to create
your product. I think that i included the correct amount of details in my step by step plan because it is
not a very long process, however all the steps are inclded and somebody could take this plan and create
my product because everything you need to do is celarly explained. I also listed all the materials that i
will need for each part of my step by step plan so when i come to the Create Stage i am already
preapred and i will also have all the materials ready. What i can do to improve this step by step plan is to
add even more detial about how I have to do all these things like fpr example how to insert the video in
Movie Maker. What i am going to do next is start creating my product. While i will be creating the
product i will have to take screenshots of the making of it and record it in my Process Journal.
