parent and child. I have personal experience, as a employee of one of the largest video game
retailers, GameStop, in viewing how various video games impact communication between parents
and their children. There are various measures that help regulate the audience that play these types
of video games. One of these measures are the use of the ESRB rating system (Entertainment
Software Rating Board), which is a system that rates games for its content to help consumers
understand the content for games and its appropriateness for those who will be playing those
games. This system uses a M rating, for mature games, intended for an audience of those who are

The strengths of heroes in epic poems has been written on a countless amount of times. Why?
Because the heroes strengths are plainly displayed in the literature and the weaknesses are not.
However, the weaknesses can be found where the heroes turn to for strength. In the Epic of
Beowulf, the journey begins with the terrorization of the Mead Hall by an awful monster named
Grendel. Beowulfcomes in and saves the day by killing Grendel and he receives riches and fame
for doing so. Then, stricken with grief, Grendel s mother comes to the mead hall to avenge the
death of her son. Beowulf goes and fights Grendel s mother in her home in the swamp and
manages to kill her with a sword forged by giants. After this battle, he is more beloved than the
one before and is endlessness praised and rewarded. Then, fifty years later, Beowulf is the king
of Geat and a thief angers the dragon. Beowulf then decides to kill the dragon himself. He
manages to kill the dragon with the help of a Geat named Wiglaf, but loses his life in the process.

extensive review process, these practices served as the basis for engagement of PCSI. After
considering these requirements and implementing a strict bid and award phase, the solutions
chosen were Skire Unifier for cost and change management, Primavera and Microsoft
Project for project and portfolio planning, Timberline for estimating, and
Advisor for benchmarking Figure 2.

Conducting my research supporting a vacation on Easter Island, an atypical destination filled
with mystery and intrigue, I realized this destination is a must, not only for the adventure, but
also for the opportunity to experience a place not everyone is willing to expend the time and
expense involved in visiting, a vacation is ultimately a chance to escape the everyday drudgery
and routine, all these reasons make Easter Island the perfect, eclectic, vacation spot to enjoy a
once in a lifetime undertaking. Initial research led to the National Newspapers Core, perusing
the hits: an article, The Dream at the End of the World , by Edward Albee, (celebrated
playwright) stood out. Scanning the article, I realized he similarly regarded this undertaking,
moreover: I realized his words summed up exactly how I feel about this excursion. I have felt the
need to experience cultures which grew, fell into decadence and vanished (Albee 1). Easter
Island, isolated and unknown until 1722 when it was discovered by a Dutch explore on Easter
Sunday, (origin of its name). Consequently: this isolation is one of the drawing points for my
