This document outlines a classroom project about food. The project will use various physical and human resources to help students learn about different foods from around the world. Over the course of 5 hours per week, students will participate in activities like going to the market, playing a food-themed table game, making recipes, and discussing international cuisine. The goal is for students to expand their food vocabulary, learn to appreciate traditional Ecuadorian food, and apply their new knowledge across other areas of grammar. Values of respect, solidarity, cooperation, and collectivity will also be reinforced through this interactive food-focused project.
