Defining the Enrolment Process
Trial Membership

The Trial Membership entitles an individual to join for thirty (30) days at no charge.

Regular Membership

There are two (2) ways to turn a Trial Membership into a regular Membership:
   1. The Trial Member makes a purchase within thirty (30) days; or
   2. A Trial Member referred by you makes a purchase within thirty (30) days.

After achieving regular Member status, they qualify for the first four-parts of the compensation plan,
which includes Cashback, Friendship Bonus, Loyalty Cash, and Loyalty Credit.

Premium Membership

There are two (2) ways to become a Premium Member:
   1. The Member makes $30,000 of purchases within one (1) year; or
   2. The Member places a fully paid Gift Card order of $600, along with a partially paid Gift Card
       order whereby making a down payment of $3,000.*




Independent Business Representative
To become a Lyoness Independent Business Representative (IBR), you need to have a minimum of
four (4) Members (who each made a purchase) and you need to execute the Lyoness Policies &
Procedures Agreement and Independent Business Representative Application & Agreement.

To be eligible to receive commissions from the compensation plan, you must have at least four (4)
directs, with each having at least one (1) Unit in the Lyoness Accounting Program.

To qualify for Career Level One, you can either generate one hundred (100) career points for two (2)
consecutive months or sign up four (4) directs, with each having at least three (3) Units in the
Lyoness Accounting Program.

Once you are eligible to receive commissions, you are also eligible to qualify for all ten (10) ways to
benefit from the Lyoness Loyalty Program.


*When making Gift Card purchases of $300 or greater, the Member may also place an additional Gift
Card order whereby making a down payment of up to $1,500. When making Gift Card purchases of
$600 or greater, the Member may also place an additional Gift Card order whereby making a down
payment of up to $3,000. Partially paid Gift Card orders are only permitted when placed with fully paid
orders.

Defining The Enrolment Process

  • 1. Defining the Enrolment Process Trial Membership The Trial Membership entitles an individual to join for thirty (30) days at no charge. Regular Membership There are two (2) ways to turn a Trial Membership into a regular Membership: 1. The Trial Member makes a purchase within thirty (30) days; or 2. A Trial Member referred by you makes a purchase within thirty (30) days. After achieving regular Member status, they qualify for the first four-parts of the compensation plan, which includes Cashback, Friendship Bonus, Loyalty Cash, and Loyalty Credit. Premium Membership There are two (2) ways to become a Premium Member: 1. The Member makes $30,000 of purchases within one (1) year; or 2. The Member places a fully paid Gift Card order of $600, along with a partially paid Gift Card order whereby making a down payment of $3,000.* Independent Business Representative To become a Lyoness Independent Business Representative (IBR), you need to have a minimum of four (4) Members (who each made a purchase) and you need to execute the Lyoness Policies & Procedures Agreement and Independent Business Representative Application & Agreement. To be eligible to receive commissions from the compensation plan, you must have at least four (4) directs, with each having at least one (1) Unit in the Lyoness Accounting Program. To qualify for Career Level One, you can either generate one hundred (100) career points for two (2) consecutive months or sign up four (4) directs, with each having at least three (3) Units in the Lyoness Accounting Program. Once you are eligible to receive commissions, you are also eligible to qualify for all ten (10) ways to benefit from the Lyoness Loyalty Program. *When making Gift Card purchases of $300 or greater, the Member may also place an additional Gift Card order whereby making a down payment of up to $1,500. When making Gift Card purchases of $600 or greater, the Member may also place an additional Gift Card order whereby making a down payment of up to $3,000. Partially paid Gift Card orders are only permitted when placed with fully paid orders.
