The chart below reflects the percentages of all Members of Lyoness Canada from March 1, 2011 through February 29, 2012 by illustrating
the effective career levels „Minimum,“ „Maximum,“ and „Average“ monthly income, and the total months active, and the average hours
worked per month for Career Levels 1—5.

Beginning March 1, 2011 and ending February 29, 2012 forty-six and two tenths percent (46.2%) of all Canadian Members received no
income at all. During this period, the average annual income was $268.99 and the median annual income was $1.00.

During the same period, fifty-three and seven tenths percent (53.7%) of all Members did receive income. The annual average income for
this group was $499.06 and the median income was $12.92.

A Member is defined as someone who executed a Member Agreement, and made at least one purchase through the Lyoness Loyalty
Merchant Network.
Although the earnings in this chart represent actual Member earnings, the earnings do not necessarily represent the income you will earn
(if any). Your compensation is based on your degree of participation and involvement. The figures used in these charts are for illustration
purposes only and must not be considered or construed as a guarantee, nor do they imply a guarantee or projection of your actual earnings
or profit potential. Your success with Lyoness, results from successful sales efforts, hard work, diligence, leadership, and dedication.

*The “Months Active” illustrated above indicates how long it took the Member to achieve (confirm) that Career Level.

The chart below reflects the percentages of all Members of Lyoness Canada from March 1, 2011 through February 29, 2012 by illustrating the effective career levels „Minimum,“ „Maximum,“ and „Average“ monthly income, and the total months active, and the average hours worked per month for Career Levels 1—5. During this period, the average annual income was $268.99 and the median annual income was $1.00. During the same period, fifty-three and seven tenths percent (53.7%) of all Members did receive income. The annual average income for this group was $499.06 and the median income was $12.92. A Member is defined as someone who executed a Member Agreement, and made at least one purchase through the Lyoness Loyalty Merchant Network. Although the earnings in this chart represent actual Member earnings, the earnings do not necessarily represent the income you will earn (if any). Your compensation is based on your degree of participation and involvement. The figures used in these charts are for illustration purposes only and must not be considered or construed as a guarantee, nor do they imply a guarantee or projection of your actual earnings or profit potential.
