Here are some potential problems encountered and contingency plans: - Actress not available on the first scheduled day of filming - Contingency plan was to reschedule that scene for another day when the actress was available. - Bad weather prevented filming on other scheduled days - Contingency plan was to reschedule those scenes for another time when the weather was better. - Could not find extras for college scene as planned - Contingency plan was to use a homeless person as an extra, which actually helped tell the story in an unexpected way. - Equipment issues like cameras or lights not working properly - Contingency plan would be to have backup equipment available or know how to troubleshoot issues on set. -

2. Q. Were there any decisions
made within your team and
justification of these decisions?
In order for our group to get our
filming done our producer made us
packs with dates so that we could
check our group members availability.
This pack allowed us to check suitable
times for us to film together. We all
agreed on this because it made
schedule much easier to balance with
filming hours. In order to film our
short film we had to use a bedroom,
this meant we needed to use
somebody’s house. Our director
allowed us to use her bedroom for
this scene as her house had the
facilities.

3. Q. Did you have any problems
encountered and did you seek
any contingency action plans?
During our first week of the filming
process we encountered a few
problems.
•On the first day our actress was
not able to make it.
•We could not film on the other
days because of the availability
and because it was raining.
•In the scene which Harry goes to
college we could not find any
extras so we had to use a
homeless person. However the
problem was actually a blessing
because it showed Harry’ side of
being a bully.
