DECIMAL TO HEXADECIMAL CONVERSION
 Decimal numbers is converted into hexadecimal by sum of weighted hex digits
method and by repeated division by 16.
 The exponent of the smallest power of 16 that is greater than the given decimal
number will indicate the number of hexadecimal digits that will be present in the
converted hexadecimal number.
