Material Flow Management, ordering of material and the on time delivery of assembly
components for production. Provided organizational support by assisting in the pick-up and
delivery of materials for production and managing over 120 personnel in Materials Department.

A Multi Unit Automotive Assembly Operation
Logistics and Quality Manager
Reason for Leaving: Company Relocation to Texas 1995 – 1999
Logistic Management and Quality Management for multi-level Tier-I sub assembly facility that
supplied components to General Motors for production and aftermarket. Logistical responsibilities
that included inventory balance and every hour on the hour shipping and receiving of 300 plus
components. Direct reporting to General Management as well as customer communications to
General Motors and their suppliers. Employee training responsibilities for all employees involved
with quality department as well as systems implementation to ensure quality control.
 Successfully implemented new logistical systems for new Automotive Program Launch
 Created and authored QS9000 systems which are still in operation to this current time.
 Maintained material balance for over 300 components and materials, successfully sustaining
daily inventory levels for constant inbound and outbound shipping.
 Managed up to 60 employees, and trained each individually for various positions.
 Successfully introduced and maintained relationships with over 45 new automotive suppliers
to our company.
