This document summarizes a solar DC fan that provides 5-6 hours of backup power daily from its integrated battery. It comes with a 12V 12W solar panel, 15W DC motor, charge controller, and battery protection. To use it, the solar panel should be installed on a roof or water tank to charge the battery during the day as indicated by the green light. It takes 2-3 days of charging for a new unit. The fan will stop if the red light indicates a low battery.

(This depends on many factors. Use at least for one hour daily)

2. Install the solar panel on roof top / water tank where it can receive plenty of sunlight without any
obstruction all throughout the day. Run the wire attached to the solar panel to where the fan is placed.
Once the pin is connected to the solar connector the green indicator comes showing the battery is
charging. For a new unit / first time usage, charge for at least two to three days continuously until the
yellow light blinks. and then only use.
There are three indicators on the back side of the fan.
1. Red indicator shows that the battery is low (if this glows the fan stops)
2. Yellow indicator shows the battery is fully charged (if fully charged this blinks)
3. Green indicators shows that the battery is charging through solar
Switch on the front fan switch to run the fan. Throughout day time the green indicator should show up. If
the red indicator glows the fan will stop to protect the battery from deep discharge.
Warranty is Six months from the date of purchase.
