After discussing with clients about market information, Sungreat Energy will have a meeting with the whole
team and design new products every 3~4 months, then test samples, and summarize all information of
products like pictures, videos, specifications, cases, certificates…etc. Then release all information to regular
clients first, then help promote with clients together!

Project From Brunei, and clients fly from Brunei to the factory
for, a total of 3 days, visit, discuss, and confirm the proposal.

• For retail products, we will add clients’ logos or our logo
if clients agree, then it would be more attractive.
• To make shipment safe, we make boxing thickness
7mm, which is strong and has no issue when shipping.

decay very quickly.
EL Test: Electroluminescent Test, It likes an X-ray test. Each
panel would be tested two times before delivery. Thus we
make sure the lifespan and full output power.

Waterproof IP66
All of our products will be tested for waterproof like
IP65, and IP66 to make sure they can work well
when use outdoor.

Question Analysis

Lights do not work.
Switch turn off Check whether the switch turns on. Turn on the switch.
Switch failure Short-circuit the switch and if it is still lighting up, the switch is a failure. Replace the Switch.
Battery runs out
Long rainy days or wrong installation site could not charge enough power.
Open the system, disconnect the battery and use a multimeter to check the
voltage of the battery, if the voltage is less than 11V, means the battery runs
out or is in low power cause the system could not work.
Charge battery by solar panel in the daytime, and turn off the
switch at night to stop the discharge, like this, 2 days could
fully charge the battery.
LED Failure
Firstly, adjust the DC power supply to voltage 9V and currently less than 1A,
then connect the positive and negative electrode of the DC power supply to an
LED, if LED could not light, then the LED is a failure.
If confirming LED failure, please contact us to return and
replace.
Short lighting time
Low battery
Wrong installation of dust and leaves covering on solar panel cause, not
enough solar power to the battery.
1. Check whether there is dust or leaves covering the solar panel. 2. Open the
system, disconnect the battery and use a multimeter to check the voltage of
the battery, if the voltage is less than 11V, then the battery runs out or has low
power cause the system could not work.
1. Charge battery by solar panel in the daytime, and turn off
the switch at night to stop the discharge, like this, 2 days could
fully charge the battery.
2. Clean the solar panel.
Battery Failure
1.Open the light and check if the battery is displaced or the outer has been
damaged.
2. Battery maturing, lights used more than 2 years.
1. If the damage is caused by transportation, please return to
our factory for repairing or replacement.
2. Contact us to buy the same type of battery if the battery
matures.
No induct Sensor Failure
Move in the range of detection under the half-power lighting condition, if the
light does not turn to full power, then the sensor is a failure.
If confirming failure caused by controller or sensor, please
return to our factory for repairing or replacement.
Flashing light Controller setting wrong
Intelligent mode opens due to an exceeding output power of the controller and
light flashing.
Return to our factory to reset or replace the products.
