This document provides guidance for empowering local community (LC) leaders to maximize performance during the summer peak season and maintain a sustainable pipeline of new customers. It outlines four blocks of focus - LEAD, GROW, COLLABORATE, and SUSTAIN - and within the LEAD and GROW blocks lists tips for participants which include sitting with someone new, taking notes, approaching facilitators as humans, asking questions if unsure, sharing experiences, respecting speakers, and enjoying the conference activities.
