NCB Arbitrates Exchange Quality Cases in AIESEC India
1. NCB
NATIONAL CONTROLLING BODY WORKS FOR ARBITRATING CASES OF
EXCHANGE QUALITY OF AIESEC IN INDIA, ITS LOCAL COMMITTEES,
TRAINEES, AND EPS.
2. Role of NCB
NCB is the decision making body within AIESEC India on exchange
quality issue.
NCB Will Analyse Information from Customer Gauge tool (NPS) ,
draw inferences and Suggest changes in Programs across AIESEC
India Local Committees.
NCB has the decision making power on cases happens on Local
Committees of AIESEC India.
NCB is the initiate by AIESEC India to educate the national plenary
to stick to XPP and improve exchange quality.
3. What can you expect from NCB ?
Consultancy for local committees in terms of exchange quality
Consultancy in terms of Exchange Program Policies implementation
for local committees
Case solving, following-up and review
Support in passing cases to ICB(International Control Board)

4. XPP
EXCHANGE PROGRAM POLICIES ARE THE MAIN REGULATORY DOCUMENT OF
AIESEC EXCHANGE PROGRAM
ALL EXCHANGE MUST BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POLICIES
5. Similarly there are many pages of
XPP policies which can be invoked
when necessary
6. NPS
NET PROMOTER SCORE IS A SYSTEM TO ENSURE THE QUALITY IN THE
DELIVERY OF OUR PROGRAMS TO OUR CUSTOMERS BY USING A FEEDBACK
SYSTEM. PARTICIPANTS OF OUR PROGRAMS WOULD BE SENT A SURVEY
ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS ANSWER ON A SCALE OF 1 - 10 IF THEY LIKED THE
SERVICE OR NOT.
7. Detractors are those who would negatively brand our organisation due to unsatisfactory
delivery of our program
Neutrals/Passives are those who are indifferent about our programs or would promote it for
the wrong reasons (meaning they can get the service elsewhere)
Promoters are those who see value in our programs and would promote it to others
There is a system which does an analysis of the survey and presents for analysis and decision
making
