– What is it?
• Functionality to perform effective rate calculations based on Actual Payroll and Actual
Hours worked for labor cost distribution
– What does it do?
• Calculates the Actual Labor Cost for Salaried, Hourly, and non-exempt workers while
always maintaining the actual workdate on the end cost objective
• Automatically handles retroactive payroll changes as well as offcycle payroll changes –
Without the need for external XLS based manipulations
• Supports both SAP internal payroll and external payroll systems with provided ALC payroll
table interface (API)
• Has capability to post other elements of pay (not desired or included in base labor) on
separate cost elements - such as overtime premium which may need different billing
treatment on some contracts
• Out of the box delivered ALC Reconciliation Report to reconcile payroll (internal or
external pay system) with labor cost distribution
